The adsorption type air dryer using advanced chemical technology, the saturated compressed air by volume of different water and air molecules, gas purification special molecular sieve to filter the compressed air in the water vapor saturation, can easily be adsorbed water molecules in the molecular sieve particles, using molecular sieve regeneration method to restore the compressed air dew point, can easily reach -40°C. Adsorption dryer is drying air through PSA (pressure swing adsorption). The air containing moisture capacity is inversely proportional to pressure, a part of dried air (regenerated air) decompression and expansion to atmospheric pressure, the pressure changes makes the expanded air drier, then it flows through the regenerated desiccant layer which un-connected to the air (which drying tower suction with enough water vapor). Regeneration dry air adsorbs the water from desiccant, and makes it out off dehumidifying dryer.
